Come Out and Play Sculpture Show 2020 Artists

This wood sculpture is carved and assembled out of weathered wood, primarily camperdown elm and cedar. The dimensions are 42"H x 38"W x 27"D. It was completed in 2017. I started the piece while in residence at The Vermont Studio Center in the autumn of 2016. The inspiration for the sculpture is the idea of a river guardian spirit.
